They've been testing these things across the country for at least a year ... And now there's this massive uproar? Get the hell over it.

@tpaine54: I guess you've never hit a really bad patch of unexpected turbulence before.

@OCEntertainment: I've not see anyone ever refer to Boxee's UI as beautiful.

@twophrasebark: True that, but, honestly, I think real world experience vs. reported on the internet experience, iPhone 4 doesn't have nearly the problems that is implied. Am I denying a problem exists? Not at all. But we have to remember that as often as we talk about our devices on the internet, the majority of

@twophrasebark: Yeah, the stock price sure bears that out. And the traffic at Apple Stores.

@Monty: To hell with broccoli!!

@PunkRockMachine: Along the same lines, I don't see your perspective. It is a device that, for you (and others), does not work as advertised. The manufacturer is now giving you an opportunity to return the product if you do not want to use their workaround. You're not damaged or injured in any way, shape, form, or

@KamWrex: Wasn't trying to be sarcastic (Which probably came across), but a jacket that far away from shore is the difference between life and death for some.

@allinthefamily: Own that feeling! The first step in making kids safe around the water is swimming lessons. In a lake/river scenario, life jackets are a must as well. I was a competitive swimmer as a child, but was still required to wear a jacket anytime we were on the lake.

@24wm: As someone who grew up on a lake, and have been operating water parks my entire adult life, making a statement like that, without qualification, is a bit ridiculous.

@Resler: Most states regulate that public pools have either a non-extend-able pole with a Sheppard's hook or a ring buoy (In fact, many states require both). Non-trained individuals should use that equipment, and as you've stated, should never enter the water themselves.

@ursa: My experience is the sound drowning starts with a bunch of splashing water. But you're right, an actual drowning victim will not call for help. Involuntary breath holding prevents it.

@KamWrex: I would hope with the jetski there was also a lifejacket, no?

@Jeff Carter: Hell, wish I'd known about Spirit. I stopped JB my 3GS because of the whole tethering thing. Miss the hell out of Intelliscreen. Wish there was a iOS4 JB I could use.

@timothymcn: I think its one of those things that once you start using, you'll be hard pressed to stop using.

@nadav: I second everything @gMan says... iWorks just can't stand up in a business environment.

@ichiban1081: And I thought that I was the only one. Damn it! :)
