Steam is great but the one problem I have is that with kids means sharing my Steam account. Being able to play only one game at a time in my library of hundreds, family sharing or just plain account sharing, hurts the consumer who actually paid for their games on Steam. This is the main reason I prefer GoG.

I rooted my Android phone so I could use my Dualshock 3 controller to play games. Pokemon Go no longer lets me log in because they brand all rooted phones as cheaters. I never cheated, let me in dang it!

Totally agree with this. Since buying games has become so easy and affordable, I have purchased way too many games that I don’t have time to pirate games anymore. Also all the games I used to pirate as a teenager I have pretty much purchased through GOG.com and Steam.

I don't agree with labelling MKV as a format purely used for pirating. Pirates can rip to any format, mp4 or avi included, but that doesn't mean that every format is a format for pirates. MKV is just generally a very good container.

I remember I used to enjoy FF6 when it came out on SNES. I even finished the game multiple times and unlocked or found every character's best equipment and abilities.
