I hear this a lot (the 1 ft from screen thing). I think people are grossly under estimating distance here. At my desktop station, I'm a little over arm's reach from my main screen, so about 3' give or take. Even if people are using a Lap-Burner, that's still about 2' away. at a reasonable use.

I was thinking the same thing.

TBH, it's hard to do a movie about a series of interviews. I'm going to watch this movie as a kind of "unwritten section" in the first part of the book. At the very least, I hope the screen writer sticks to the WWZ universe...

She's not turning around enough. Doesn't AAA devs require both butt AND breasts to be showing?

It's true that its limited to the DSL range of speed, but I'm looking more at latency. I've actually installed satellite systems for several years as well & have seen what they're capable of. I live in the country myself & am limited to either Verizon MiFi, Microwave shot, ADSL, or satellite. For what I need, ADSL

Couple problems there Getlefty. 1. If he's so remote that WildBlue is all he can get, then he's probably NOT in a 4G area. 2, While WB sucks bad for an ISP, their data caps are way more leniant than any cellular MiFi service. I've seen some of the new Exede (the "new" wildblue) clock 10-15 MBps down, 5 MBps up, but

I can see Decard's favorite ramen shop from here!

I agree completely. Let's not forget that the ESRB is an organization made, funded, & supported by the very industry they oversee. @Megaman3k, would you rather see the ESRB take the approach the FCC does with open radio & OTA television assuming it was more of a governemnt-style organization? Just look at how long the

don't worry, I came for the same reason.

@Sir Malta, first FEDERAL minimum wage is $7.25/hr.

If I recall correctly (it's been a little while since I played any of the AC games) but Ezio would reach cross-body with his opposite hand & grab around his elbow. This always made me think there was ANOTHER pull ring similar to the blade ring but behind the base of the blade.

See? SEE?! Kinect is already trying to take control of our lives! Ah! Skynet! Down with the machines! wait... PC gaming... damn, catch 22... all hail the machines...

I see him getting his foot about half way up, effectively turning the guy into a human sandal for Sups.

1:) N/A. I live in a rural area where the best ISP I can hope to get is ADSL (3MB/s DL, 1.5 MB/s UL, 50-150 ms latency). Any time there's series flooding I loose my ISP because they have to go and repair all the damaged line. Also, I know there are many parts of the world where gamers simply don't have a stable or

so... about 12"-13" for those non-metric people out there :P

*BZZZT!* PSOne had conVEX sticks. In fact, there's very few cases of any sony-brand PS controller having a concave stick. Mostly, it's just 3rd party controllers that had them.

It may also take a cue for the 360 in terms of console ID being tied to a download. Think of the last time you had to replace your 360. Redownloading was fairly simple; at first, that is. Because it's a new console, the box sees the downloads as invalid until it goes online to verify that the account is correct. If

It really depends on the grade & composition of the plastic used. Also, if you watch he's using a steel rod (about 1" I think) on the core. The plastic is mostly as a cover & helps make it more comfortable to hold. Well, as comfortable as a 75 lb block of metal CAN be...

It's not that the SDK would be used to make new games. The SDK can be used to reverse engineer an emulator.

having a digital version of a manual isn't the same. I can't say for the WiiU specifically, but I'd imagine you can't open the manual while the game is running? That was part of the appeal of a physical copy; I could simply have the book sitting next to me while I played. Although TBH I usually had the game unwrapped
