That's a Gemballa (aftermarket tuner) - but you could get a 911 from the factory with a flat nose. I seem to recall it was an optional extra - I definitely remember seeing them in the factory brochure when I was in school - sometime in the mid 1980's.

I would imagine it would have James May lecturing on about any and all features of every car they ever stole and then go on about the reasons as to why it is wrong. All the way through how each person in the world is effected by it.
