Hopefully you never encounter a car with knockoff hubs while in a crosswalk!

That is awesome.

Not trolling, I was under the impression that unequal diameter rear axle shafts as part of the IRS package actually solved wheel hop in those applications. If that's not the case, please educate me.

That's just ridiculous. I don't care how much it weighs, that is a bat shit crazy amount of power for a normal production car.

All they need is unequal diameter rear axle shafts as part of the IRS package. Wheel hop goes byebye a la CTS-V and ZR1.

Hmm... based on the disturbed water further behind the black boat in the first image I still think it was moving away from the camera and had to swing its stern around the bow of the red boat.

"OHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

"I swear to God I'm going to pistol whip the next guy who says, 'Shenanigans'!"

The red one is moving, look at the wake, they maintain their relative positions even as the black one "fish tails" away from red one's path.

Biguuuuuuuuu dtrifuuuuu!

Dammit! I came here to do that with a Volvo wagon.

Wow! How'd Jalopnik pull that off?

Seriously. I'd be driving that thing slow as fuzz too, GT2's are widow makers.

1:45 ... and that's why you don't lift entering a corner driving an air cooled 911. I love those so much, you have to respect something that takes so much skill to make go fast.

More like a good use of Porsche's resources, since Delta isn't paying a dime for this.

I hope that's not the case, this thing is only really appealing at a $22k or lower price point. Gotta be cheap enough to thrash without feeling bad.

This Toyotabaru is one of the best shots at an enthusiast car there has been in the last 15 years. Two door, RWD, light, cheap... no other car (other than the Miata) has come close. The 350/370Z is too heavy and expensive, the Genesis is too heavy and big, the Miata is too convertibly, the Mustang is good, but its not

2,600lbs, low CG, LSD, RWD... Go on. I'm listening.

Its sorta like a halapeno...

Holy crap. Add that to my bucket list, doesn't matter if I'm driving the plane or the car.
