I've found it to be better than my old 4, signal strength seems to better too. I'm on AT&T. Talking on the phone the battery lasts longer, but the second you start dictating text messages and surfing the web the battery drains really fast.

Like I said, I'm not implying anyone is right or wrong, just pointing out that the perception that there was a major betrayal of trust is understandable. Especially when so much passion is involved on one side.

You guys are forgetting that Google had board seats at Apple and had inside lines to their business strategy. This wasn't a classic "Pirates of Silicon Valley" case of pulling or drawing on ideas, for a person that is passionate about their creations and this would be perceived as a major betrayal.
