It's on the verge of feeling authentic but doesn't really catch it due to the overly clean animation. There's a completely different feel to hand drawn stuff versus crap done in Flash or on a computer.

Disabling comments is just an easy way to turn our discussion into your dictation. When you disable comments, you're basically telling everyone to fuck off and watch because only your side of the story counts...and using "hateful" commenters and spammers as your excuse for the easy way out is a shitty thing. …
Man, there was a time when I could afford to be a Dragon Warrior/Quest fan, but that shit's getting too expensive now. I'd love to add this to my collection but ever since DQX they've just shotgunned too many things out there and many of them are expensive consoles / accessories. On the plus side, the PS3's JPN…
You're overthinking the game. How about instead of being super worried about being overly competitive in a game that ultimately amounts to nothing (you don't win fame, money or prizes for being perfect at MK8), you just enjoy playing a good-natured race and quit worrying about always being 1st?
I have no sympathy for drunk drivers. None.
This is great and all, and I'm absolutely delighted, but seriously when the fuck are the going to release proper Battle arenas? That's all I care about. I can only race so much... I need balloon blood!!
I really like this dude, and how candid and real he is about shit...but is there no way to make that Darth Vader machine run more silent? It's super distracting, and I gotta imagine it's immensely annoying for him...or maybe he doesn't even notice anymore. Still, seems like a legit dude.
Looks good, but I hate when game makers use buzzwords like "Procedural" to describe how their shit is generated. It's getting as bad as "roguelike" is.
Reminds me of Luigi's Mansion. It's full of little neat musical cues and stuff you don't catch right off., but there are tons of tiny details that just make it do memorable.
So, did Nic Cage win it or Seinfeld?
Not impressed. Go to any Super Potato in Japan and you'll find about 40x more rarities and impressive shit than shown here. And even if we're talking just USA here, this guy was gettnig overly excited about well-known items that aren't even really "oddities" or rarities.
LL sodas isn't a McDonald's exclusive thing in Japan. I used to get the LL sized all the time in the malls because Medium and Large are just tiny. The sad thing about the US though is that the LL size in Japan is just a pinch smaller than Medium is in most US establishments.
Stole this from IGN, but I think it's wholly appropriate:
How did the guy with no lips say "bow to me"?
I'm just gonna come out and say this: I fucking love the Sega CD, absolutely LOVE it, and Night Trap holds a place in my heart from when I first experienced it in all its FMV glory...BUT Night Trap is a shit game and will always be a shit game. It's horrible awful and serves solely as nostalgia value.
I was always under the impression that Deadly Premonition was the Twin Peaks game.
Been there, done that says Eternal Champions
I've been a gamer since 1983, and I do love MK as a series (even though there have been some shit games), but MK9's fatalities took all of the fun out of the process. They actually took the violence in fatalities to a point where it wasn't fun to watch anymore. I mean, they've always been over-the-top, but usually…
Tie between:
I'm wholly confused here. When people heard that Japan got exclusive Mercedes free DLC, everyone outside of Japan cried foul...we want the free DLC too! Then we get the DLC and everyone is upset? WTF? I don't even...
