Trump supporters: “We’re working REALLY hard on memes that look like a 12 year old made them, but we think are pure genius. Don’t make me pull out the memes!”

I think felons and even people in prison should be allowed to vote. They are still citizens, and things in the country still affect them and their families. Had to have been some Republican long ago that came up with this scheme that people convicted of crimes should lose the right to vote. The Constitution says

Trump is probably the biggest problem facing our country at the moment. A completely unqualified imbecile destroying vast swaths of the economy with his moronic tariffs while trying his best to start world war 3. His sole claim to fame is he rode Obama’s economy for 3 years.

Yet Republicans have never proved there has been any real illegal voting going on despite wasting millions on investigating it. How many instances of in-person voter fraud in the past decade? Like a dozen? Any time Republicans have claimed publicly they’ve found instances of voter fraud, weeks or months later they’ve

Keep in mind two things: Democrats outnumber Republicans by a large margin. If Democrats show up and vote, Republicans lose. So *any* voter suppression is most likely going to get rid of more Democrats than Republicans when looking at the big picture. Two: Donald Trump won the Electoral College by a mere 80,000 votes,

It’s even more necessary today. There’s a reason minimum wage hasn’t budged in a decade while corporate profits have soared.

Still a true statement. Without unions the USA would look a lot like China as far as workers’ rights and pay.

I guess you’d have to know their balance sheet to know if it was a bad decision. Will extra costs make up for the few women who will refuse to buy the game because it doesn’t have female characters? Probably not.

Yeah, there is no negotiating with Iran. Except for that historic deal Obama made with them that prevented all of what is going on right now. Too bad the ignoramus Trump ripped it up.

One of these days a constitutional scholar needs to sit me down and explain how the President took the power to declare war away from Congress.

“inappropriate, in my judgment, for senators on either side of the aisle to prejudge the evidence” I think the word you are searching for is unconstitutional, and neglectful of the oath they swore when they became a Senator. It’s far worse than “inappropriate”. Maybe we need a way to get rid of Congressmen who decide

All I’ve got to say is I love this anime/manga (I don’t usually buy Manga, but I have for this series), and I’ve watched season one probably eight times and even bought the blu ray set of it. Why does it resonate so much? I don’t know. The humor/action is great. The stakes aren’t defined by Saitama, they are defined

I recall a recent post on Mitch’s Facebook page where he bragged about securing millions to help all the people in his state who are addicted to opioids. Now...why do you have so many people in your state addicted to opioids, Mitch? Isn’t that a failure of leadership? Low education, low wages, few prospects = unhappy

We bought a used car from a dealer that gets cars from rental companies. Most of these cars have 20-50K miles on them and still have the warranty, but they are thousands cheaper than buying them from a regular dealer. We bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue with 22K miles on it for about 2-3K less than the dealers wanted for

Nevermind the fact we have so many school shootings because of the GOP and NRA.

Reminds me of when my mom bought a new car when we lived in an apartment complex. It snowed one day and some kids knocked on our door and asked to be paid $5 because they’d cleaned the snow off my mom’s car. Except they used a metal dustpan to scrape the snow off and the new car was covered in scratches.

“Your best option is to walk into the gas station and pay at the register” Wait in line for 10 minutes while people figure out what beer/cigs/lottery tickets they want? No thanks.

Why do simple incidents like someone sitting in the wrong place, standing on a corner, or BBQing on a sidewalk result in beatdowns, stampedes of officers, and deaths? It’s because police have been trained not to keep the peace or solve problems but to beat the population into submission and train them to never

1. Booming Economy - thanks Obama (and it’s not really booming as Trump’s Tariffs are sending us into a recession) 2. Record Job Creation - Obama created far more jobs (1.5 million more than Trump). 3. Historic Tax Cuts that went mostly to the rich and have created a historic deficit. 4. ISIS just got a huge boost
