Trucks are not a fun vehicle.
I would say more than any other vehicle they are small penis compensation accessories.
People might say the same about powerful cars, but at least those chan be genuenly enjoyable. Trucks just suck to drive.

They are harder to get in/out of, esp from the factory without a step bar. They handle horribly, and see-saw when you hit bumps. And the biggest problem of all, is the 4-door short bed I have is super hard to park because of the size and poor turning radius.
What you are describing fits the Ecoboost Flex much better. I…
I’m just saying it’s too large to be practical for daily use.
Every time I park I have to make at least a 3 point turn. Even when backing in, the thing won’t turn sharp enough to get it in one go.
And with the fact that the bed is so huge and open (from the factory) it’s literally less usable than a sedan or SUV’s trunk.
…
I agree they are too big.
Someone wrecked into my DD Fiesta ST, so while it’s in the shop I got a rental and decided to upgrade to an F150 just to see what it’s like to drive a truck.
And honestly I kind of hate it. It’s hard to park, see-saws whenever you hit bumps, is hard to get in and out of, and…

Odd...I’m don’t think I’ve ever lost my keys (at least not the active set I am using) in my life.
But I’ve had plenty of phones (batteries) die on me, and even lost one phone in the ocean.
I have several portable battery packs, but outside of travel or backpacking I am not really going to lug a heavy battery pack and cord around with me in my pocket.
Besides the real point is that a dead phone shouldn’t need to be such a big concern, but using it as your primary key would make it so.
The point is, it normally wouldn’t matter much if your phone dies, you don’t have to worry or panic about it.
But if your phone was your (only) key, it would be a huge concern.
I think that part of the problem is the dealerships.
For a loooong time manuals were the “base” model in many cars, and you had to pay ~$1500 extra for the automatic. It was a great bate (with low MSRP) and switch tactic. Except when people wanted a manual and the dealer wanted to make that sweet cash...what were they…
I feel compelled to protest anyone buying it, because they are waaaay too damned expensive.
What kind of ignorant shit is this? You’ve never been in a place for an extended period of time without available charging?
Like say during camping, long hikes, medium to long flights, amusement parks, fishing trips, renaissance festival, and spelunking to name a few examples I’ve encountered.
The smoke is what makes things work.
Only if you conflate, and use half-facts to paint a whole picture.
There are plenty of regulated caplitalist countries that have not been dictatorships, or economic failures.
Oh the Caymanity!
Yes, normal people, not enthusiasts.
At least this version comes with a reasonable power bump, but given this will be even more expensive than the RA I don’t think it will be worth the price.
The RA already got outshone by the Focus RS, Civic Type-R and even the V6 1LE Camaro, which are all about ~$15k less expensive.
I’m wondering if this car is going to…
What...the two cars that haven’t really changed in 15 years?
Classic Sports cars?
Classic being 25 years old or older, and sports car being RWD. So both sporty fun cars, but not quite the description.
Anyway...for $15k there are many good replacements, esp if you shop used.
Fiesta ST - can easily be had for $12-15k, they will net 33-38mpg highway depending on how you drive. Runs…
The effect of weight on tire/bearing drag is significantly less than that of air friction. I was reading a about builds similar to this and they usually add less than 100lbs, so it’s not that big a deal.
There was another build on an insight that looked much better, and was achieving great results.
And all the new semi-truck trailers are wearing the same design on the rear end for no reason at all.
Maybe if you have zero knowledge about a subject, it is best just to not weigh in on it.
