As much as I find Prii boring, this is legitimately pretty cool!

Most I’ve seen are a bit more pressuized than a sprinkling.
It’s a great way to start off the process, and then when you wipe to dry it up there should be no brown left.

More like why get a BMW (M4) when a $45k Camaro is faster in every respect and has more features, but sure a Mustang is almost the same analogy.

But that’s not my point. That the M4 actually has more power than they claim is.

No, not especially.

Well getting back to the point, that makes it difficult to compare. We should just have one standard, i.e. wheel hp, at sea level, at ~80 degrees.
Then you know what your getting.

I don’t see how telling your buddies you have 425hp when you really have ~470 would make you feel good.

This is true, however it just makes things look a bit odd in reality when German cars with 500hp are faster than American cars with 650.

Except they sort of don’t right now. Everything coming out of Germany is claimed in engine hp, yet puts about the same down at the tires.

Part of the problem is if you go to a dealer it is hard to find a manual, unless it’s a car that doesn’t have an auto option.
Almost universally automatics cost $1000-2000 more than the base manual, and the dealers make a good bit more profit on them, so that’s all they want to stock.

I agree. A few years ago I wanted to drive a Camaro SS and Mustang GT.
I went to the largest Chevy dealer in the state and they had ZERO manual Camaro’s except a base V6 (which isn’t the same transmission as the V8 (Tremek)).
I went to a large Ford dealer and they had zero new manaul GT’s. They did have a used 2011 GT,

It won’t be long before cars can drive themselves faster than any human can.  Will you buy a car without a steering wheel because it’s faster?

This is sad, but if were honest not surprising.
The F-type is a great looking and sounding car, but it is by no means a performance bargain, or a great drivers car.
The V6 F-type with the manual produces numbers similar to a 370Z, or V6 Camaro (or the new Supra) for $80k!!!!
People buying those cars are obviously not

Teaching to drive a manual isn’t all that hard. A lot of people freak out about the herky-jerky launches, but that doesn’t really hurt anything. Doing a high-rpm slow launch can cause clutch wear though, so it’s important to start in a flat empty parking lot first so there are no panic starts.

I think he is referring to the visual part only, which is what Republicans always seem to point to...how much more red there is on the actual map, forgetting population density.

I just go 8-9 over nearly everywhere. The old addage “9 your fine, 10 your mine” seems to apply as I’ve never been pulled over while driving under 10 over.

We need more of this across the US.

Clearly this is a left lane hogging asshole who is pretending to be annoyed by people constantly honking at him for his rude and illegal driving, but secretly loves the controversy.

True, but that would only be an issue if he tried to daily drive it, and likely not even then.
I’ve actually had a few officers question weather my Honda Beat was legal at car shows (which it is), but I simply answer “yes” and none have ever asked for proof, and I’ve never been pulled over in it.
So even show and

I have a hippie friend with a Z8.

I almost feel like exotic cars *are* the norm for wealthy people, especially in a big city like LA...to the point where they are almost derivative.

So if you want a car that stands out, I think it’s better to buy something rare, rather than expensive. And the easiest way to get a car that is rare (here in the US) is to
