I disagree that the NSX was worth the wait, and that is specifically because it sacrificed a lot of qualities of a great drivers car, including good steering feel and a manual transmission option for more speed, yet it still doesn’t actually “punch-above-its-weight” at all.
Maybe this new version will do better but the

Oddly with 78k miles on my 14 FiST I’ve never had the infotainment falter at all.

So the colored center bar is better, but it’s still not a cohesive design.  None of the lines from the front flow with the rest of the body.  I hope they do another mid-cycle refresh for 2020.

Sorry but Mike is just wrong. DCT transmissions still do the shifting for you. The overwhelming majority of them can be left in full automatic mode and drive just like any other auto, without any interaction. And these days most torque converter auto’s have paddles on the steering wheel to shift the gears “manually”

I don’t think there is any reason for getting bad service. Some dealers just suck. They are miss-managed, if they are busy enough they often don’t like doing warranty work because it pays less, sometimes try and sell you stuff you don’t need.

I’ve had several bad experiences at multiple Ford dealers. One dealer took

Honestly I hate it when people say this.
The Nurburgring has:
Pitts
Corner bumpers
Corner flaggers
Race track guard rails
Grand stands
No speed limit
No lane lines
Is a one way loop that goes nowhere.
Is host to multiple races each year.
I am fairly sure they even charge for entry on public days.

It’s a race track, that they let

Is the GT-R in the video the one were talking about?
It didn’t sound that loud at all...you could hardly hear it over the Porsche which was stock. Granted the windows were closed, but 134db should be way louder than that.
At our autocrosses we kick people at 109db, and those (Honda’s) are way louder than that GT-R.

OMG some people are way to fucking sensitive. How else would you describe it? Non-consensual footsie is exactly what it fucking was.

Dude...the 3800 was for a long time lauded as GM’s most reliable engine. There were other variants of V6 that weren’t as good, and the later ones had some intake manifold gasket issues, but overall if taken care of they will usually last forever.
Most GM transmissions of the 80's and early 90's lasted 100k before

Objectively? No not at all. This thing has supercar looks and a supercar price tag, but fails to deliver in the performance department, and that is both straight line and handling.
It’s a cool experiment, but it sacrifices too much soul in the name of economy and doesn’t even deliver very well on that.

Most of these had the Buick 3.8L V6 which was very reliable.  The transmission maybe not as much.

So WTF is a Special Event Zone, and is it seriously $540 ($30 more than Wreckless driving) to go 1mph over the limit in said zone?

I own a Ford, a Nissan and a Honda (and zero Chevrolet’s)...how am I a Chevy fanboy?

I’ve never had an accident other than being rear ended once. Apparently the point went right over your head. Dumbass.

It’s an interesting idea, that actually has some merit, but will sadly never come to pass.

Randy Pobst is 61 years old and he still is a better driver 99.99% of people.
I was at Pitt Race and he was lapping other peoples cars, and pretty much universally shattering peoples own lap records in their own cars. Even got one guy to throw up in his helmet (ouch).

This looks like a GTA car.  They all have SR20's in them.

Inline-4's are already flat plane crank, but engines like an I6, or V6 wouldn’t really be optimized with a flat plane crank like a V8 can be.

So...it does sound good...rather a lot like a Ferrari (which makes sense).
But IMO not as good as a normal LS/LT V8, and not nearly as good as Fords flat plane, which to me explains why they went with the weird firing order...all for the sound.

That’s sort of my point.
