I think it’s awesome that you are voting against your own interests and don’t even care!

This is easily the most interesting thing that’s ever happened at any auto show.
This is literally the least funny comic I’ve ever seen. Even worse than Marmaduke. Also, the artist doesn’t know the difference between a pitchfork and a trident.
I dont give a fuck what any of you say, this thing looks AWESOME.
I, for one, appreciate your reply. Sadly it is wasted on the Author (and most readers). Snark sells. Thanks for rising above it.
It does come across as belittling. And why is the article “unfortunately titled”? What’s with the weird throwaway comparison to Beyonce without any more explanation?
It can also be used when the terminology is unusual, to denote it is the word choice of the source and not the author. In this case, she said homeschool even though she’s not technically trying to complete a degree or school program, so they used quotes to show it was Emma’s choice of word, rather than be accused of…
That was my feeling. I usually only see single words quoted as disparaging. But, benefit of the doubt and all that. The developing trend around here towards a mean girls mentality is pretty telling, though. And unfortunate.
That’s a thumb, right? Please tell me that’s a thumb that accidentally got caught in the picture, and not someone who got so excited about this limo that... oh, god, please tell me that’s a thumb.
The Court is NOT on Dr. Luke’s “side.” The Judge merely applied the law to the facts. As an attorney one of the hardest things to deal with are bad facts. They are what they are and we do our best to construe them most favorably to our clients but ultimately Judges have no discretion to choose a “side” they like. It’s…
It’s a little more than “not exactly what happened.”
This one actually angered me. You’re not eight. Respect the wilderness; we have such little left.
Where does this narrative end, though?
It’s not a trend! It’s a goddamn scientific study.
I’m baffled and dismayed by all the negative responses.
It’s small but it’s designed as a proof-of-principle or pilot study, not a large scale epidemiological one. Basically you run a small study to see if your hypothesis holds water and then scale up if it does (like experimenting on animals or ex vivo before doing a human study).
Unlike many (many many many) birthing trends, I’m actually cool with this one. I mean, I get being squicked out, but the idea has some solid merit. Most babies pass through the vagina and get well and truly rubbed in its juices during the birthing process; that’s not gross, right? Why is this? Colonization by the…
You’ve learned an important life lesson. When people tell you verbally they value something (e.g., honesty) sometimes they don’t.
no male politician? what about obama? people didn’t even think he was a citizen. for years. and some STILL don’t. even people who like obama have called for accountability on myriad issues. bill clinton was subject to a lot of scrutiny as well, from both the left and the right. i get that a lot is being asked of…
