By definition, she is not a criminal. To be one she would have to be convicted of a criminal action which has yet to occur. If it does in the future then, sure, she is a criminal. But until that occurs, she is not one. Period.

USB Type-C would be better in the long run. Most battery packs/banks I have seen use a removable cable, so as long as one side is the default USB Type-A, the other side can be whatever it wants... and Type-C is a better option for that.

Third party support seems to be doing pretty well on the 3DS side, so if this takes over for the 3DS... it could mean a ton of third party support.

The funny part is that even with the “out of date” hardware (as if all consoles weren’t out of date from the moment they were announced these days), they still managed games that had a more appealing looking graphics than the vast majority of them on PS4/Xbox One/PC.

Steam, in and of itself, is not what people consider “DRM.” It does offer an optional bit of DRM (a very weak bit) called CEG that developers can use if they want, but it is not mandatory. There are more than a few games on Steam that don’t use it at all.

I prefer using my Wii U Pro controller, personally. Weighs next to nothing, ridiculous battery life and the controls are good quality.
