Since their current intentions are for “Windows 10" to be the “final version” of Windows... I would imagine updates should theoretically continue until Microsoft, or Windows itself, no longer exist.

For anyone who uses their computer, I recommend ditching Linux and going with Windows 10. Less problems for nearly everyone that way.

They aren’t trying to emulate OSX, the visual style and GUI design are entirely different. They go in a completely different direction.

Windows 10 can work just fine on older hardware, even as old as a Pentium 4. It probably won’t work on every piece of old hardware, but it should support just as much as Windows 7 basically.

If you think Windows 10 looks like OSX, I don’t think you have ever used OSX. They are nothing at all alike.
