It's bad but... well it's not the worst thing I've ever witnessed. It seems like 'Johnny five' for the new generation. Lunch boxes and McDonalds toys for all! Kids do still use lunch boxes right?

Wow... Did that go down wrong. I just didn't find them funny. I wasn't trolling.

I get what they're going for but Batman doesn't use guns because his parents were murdered with one. So following that logic, if his parents were killed by high cholesterol, would he not just forego fatty foods? And if they are following the 'crime killed his parents so he stops crime' logic, these still don't make

Now playing

Vi Hart does an exceptional video on this subject that I think clears a lot of the confusion up. It is not that things happen 'because' of these ratios and sequences, it is that they conform to these ratios and sequences. Considering we are all working in the same frame of physics, would it not be stranger if there

Arah, who cares. Even if it starts relatively near us, it still only travels lightspeed-ish speeds, so we've ages. Quit boo-hooing about your darn Universe.

The big '2p' in the header image is an old school Irish coin, from back before the euro! I haven't seen one in years!

I'm 25 and play MTG quite regularly. A few guys bring their decks into college everyday just to kill time between lectures. Random duels on the street is kinda weird, but meh, he's not hurting anyone.

I got a big 'ol gameboy bundled with mario and tetris for my seventh birthday and now I'm studying games design and development in college. If only my parents had known!

Why do people speculate about this bullshit every single time a new console comes out? Does no one remember the 'boomerang' controller photos? I don't get why everyone doesn't just wait for the official press release. But since anyone can speculate with nary a clue or shred of integrity...

'Kola extends a little more than 12 kilometers deep through an estimated 30+ kilometers of crust under the Balkans.'

Sometimes when I see my friends eating, my brain just makes an assumption as to what it is they are eating. When I look again they are eating something completely different. But I that the sandwich was clearly a bowl of rice! Our brains just fill in the gaps as best they can. I think it's amusing.

Just realised my stupidity. Sorry for inflicting it on you guys.

Isn't 100 millimetres a centimetre? Not 4 inches. Just saying.

Oh how I wish they would get back to the ganking... Wow, that didn't sound as gay in my head.

Wouldn't the 'Batman as a symbol, not as a man' duality be fantastic if they just continued on with the current movie universe! It'll never happen though, the fanboy backlash would be phenomenal.

Really low tolerances would be hilarious! Just like granpappy used to say, 'Don't eat more than six grapes in any twenty-four hour period or you'll turn purple!'.

I don't know why it hasn't happened in reality, but if I were to defend the position of games not being eligible, I would say it is because you cannot guarantee the same experience across the audience. What was a heart wrenching, planet saving, whirlwind of an experience for me may have been a frustrating 'where did

I always wondered why the comic book process is so fragmented. Having a separate letterer makes sense (though i suspect it is all done digitally these days) but the pencil/ink/colour thing always made me ponder. Living in europe, all of our marvel comics are CE's so I always forget just how much work those guys have

I think it is pretty well documented. It is not an unheard of phenomenon in any case. Carrots work too. It is just your body's way of getting rid of a compound it doesn't need. Taking an unholy amount of multi-vitamins can turn your urine green as well, though I doubt it is good for you. There is also a medication

I understand the rhythm and flow would be completely different because they are different mediums. I think I was more saying 'hire that guy'. The artwork is amazing and most certainly more atmospheric than the comics. It really gives a sense of realism to an unrealistic concept. Thanks for the detailed reply though!
