So, drive it off a cliff?
So, drive it off a cliff?
At the point we’ve gotten to in politics, how do you honestly justify thinking that one party is better for you than another? They’re all (mostly!) rich white folks who are looking out for their own best interests.
The race is over. If you truly cared, you would have watched it.
Forgot to mention. Mine has a LSD, brakes from a much bigger car, and everything works. No CEL, emissions all in place, cruise control. Zero torque steer, smokes both front tires in a straight line, you can let go of the steering wheel.
I have a K24 (TSX) swapped Insight. My best tank so far has been 48mpg and I expect 60 is within reach with a light foot. Car weighs under 2000lbs with a full tank of gas, A/C and power steering, and heavy CR-Z seats because my back likes them better. JSYK, there’s ZERO torque steer, presumably because of some magic…
Now if someone could please explain what the rest of the car was for?
I mean I write for Jalopnik. How valuable is my life anyways?
Yep. Well stated
How do you think I practiced for this...
Yeah I was in a similar situation once... in Mario Kart 8. I got the ink-splat on Rainbow Road. Consequences maybe not quite as high, but it was a real nail-biter for me.
Perhaps the better question: is there anyone less qualified?
I absolutely hate everything about this “truck” thing. If you want to rock 550hp, buy a car with a low center of gravity - like a Viper. This just has stupid written all over it. However, if you want to be an idiot, this is a good price point.
The early Renaults like the 1900 model you show used a thermosiphonic cooling system; there’s no water pump. Instead, the temperature difference between the hot water in the block and the cold water in the exposed radiator creates enough circulation by convection to transfer the heat.
There once was an idiot from Limerick,
I DD my stick but luckily its a Honda (Acura) so its easy to drive. And I have a bunch of hills to commute. I’ve been driving a stick off and on for 25 years to its not a big deal to do it, but yeah I’m not dying to have my next car be one.
Maybe they just want the best performance for their money?
Don’t care. This is a Rich Whyte people problem.
Chinese owned company making fast, small-ish EV crossovers.
I was in a similar boat - money wasn’t the deciding factor here; it was WAF -- Wife Acceptance Factor. I got the ugly 328GT over the uglier Stinger, since the CPO BMW warranty was great and the car was $15k cheaper. Easy decision, since the depreciation hit had already come....
I’ve been pretty interested in a Stinger but the potential depreciation hit really kept me away (and not into the arms of a German car either). If they’re already selling for mid 30s out the door, can’t imagine it’ll be hard to find a lightly used one in 2-3 years for 20k
