This is all very familiar. I occasionally pound the floor or brake pedal looking for a clutch when I switch from dring my e39 to my parent’s e38. The cars feel so similar from the drivers seat I catches me off guard at times. Other autos don’t seem to bother me.

catching the wide ass automatic brake pedal with my left foot when I went to hit the clutch, resulting in a quick brake check for whomever was behind me... That said, I’ve never hit the GAS instead of the brake.

If only there were some very large and very clear way to tell who was correct.
