Ive blown it up, I think that is the smiley person's arm, which is bent at the elbow to upper arm is way back. But, when blown up, there is a weird square box (very hard to see unless blown up!) over her arm nonetheless, that doesnt seem to make sense. Is there some photoshop going on here?

Perhaps generally speaking that's true, but not always. In NYC (Manhattan) even when I can get both signals, AT&T is - based on many many speedtests - only 10-20% the speed of VZW. My average for AT&T 3G is 0.46 mbps/DN, and 0.03 mbps/UP - again, that's assuming I can even get an AT&T 3G signal which when anywhere…
