Correct. I had a 1998 Schwinn S-20 mountain bike from a legit shop that I bought on layaway as a kid and they basically stopped being a real bike maker a few years later. Just a brand name to slap on some lowest-bidder schlock.

Not that different than what I’ve been eating: egg salad made with plenty of mayonnaise, dijon, and smoke paprika, with the Frank’s Extra Red Hot added on top after loading onto some toast.  Not that different in that I think the fat plus Red Hot combo is key.
