Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this new game was a gacha game. That’s all KH really needs at this point. Not gonna lie, I’d definitely give it a shot if it was.

I’m loving that Fahey played Jumping Flash. None of my friends did but I loved the idea of a first person platformer. It was fun!

Same. I figured I’d wait til it was released on streaming because I didn’t want to pay for disappointment again but my company got a private screening so I’m going for sure now. I hope it delivers. Truly.

I’m still enjoying the show, but Vedit revealing his plan to Redford via video seems totally out of character for him. Especially if he recorded the video 24 hours before the planned Squid attack. He specifically states matter-of-factly that he isn’t a republic serial villain who states his plan before implementing it Read more

The one thing I love about His Dark Materials/Golden Compass (whether the old movie or this new series) is that the internet has a ton of images of little girls hanging out with polar bears. There are non-His Dark Materials/Golden Compass content on the internet where people reuse that image of Lyra and the bears as a Read more

Dude.... I didn’t care much for this subscription despite my love for the 90s Marvel cartoons and the classic Disney films like Rocketeer and Iron Will. But, when I saw that they had some of the super hard to find DCOM movies like Twas the Night, Phantom of the Megaplex, and Alley Cat Strike, I am definitely more Read more

I often think of this Michael Scott quote as Trump’s philosophy on public speaking. Then again, maybe I’m giving him too much of the benefit of the doubt that he even has a plan when he speaks.

The scary part is that it doesn’t matter. It seems like whatever he says on Twitter becomes the “Truth” to some people. It’s kind of scary that reality doesn’t matter anymore.

Wait until the events roll out and there are limited time trainers and such. Everyone starts playing gacha games thinking they’ll be f2p. And definitely a lot of people tend to pull it off, but I find that the majority at some point spend some money on the game. Read more

As soon as I mentioned this to my boss, he asked a pertinent question. I wonder what format they will use? CDs are not nearly as common anymore as they were back in the 90s.

I remember that quote was so mind-opening. I wish I could remember which of his quotes, letters, or speeches it was from.

Hey sincere question here. I notice that a lot of trolls get referred to as “tomato” here on Kinja. What is that a reference to? I’d never seen that up until this last year.

I was interviewing someone once and for extracurricular hobbies, they said they play Overwatch. Then in my most serious voice I replied, “Who do you main?” He said it was Hanzo and Soldier. Read more

I’ve never used Door Dash before or any of these new food delivery startups. Can’t we just tip them cash in person or do they get in some trouble for that?

This conversation regarding the rights of indigenous populations/indigenous lands versus scientific advancement is one of the topics that splinters most liberal people in some of the ugliest ways. Even the way it is dumbed down to being just “science versus religion” is just ugly and neglects history. Read more
