I don’t care if you “like driving” nobody likes driving in traffic and the best fun with a car is done off road or on a track where you can let loose without risking the lives of others who are just trying to take their kids to school. driving is a privilege that should not exist when safer solutions exist.”

You should see my buddy's mgb. It has an SR20DET in it. It's silly.

Yeah, weather is a concern this late in the year, and I’ll be driving the Supra. It’s on good all season tires (pilot sport a/s 3+) but not an ideal car for a snowstorm. Read more

I technically have 3, I don’t need to be in town in Vegas till Wednesday evening, hence thinking SLC is a good waypoint since it’s 5 hrs and change to Vegas from there.

I’ll think about Devil’s Tower, but Yellowstone is probably out of the cards this time. If I was leaving Saturday or Sunday I’d think about it but I have plans all weekend.

Denver is just a logical stop on the way. I’d only be spending a night there, then getting back on the road. I have spent a fair amount of time in Utah, agree that SLC is a great city.

I’m on a timeline. I’m leaving Monday and need to be in Las Vegas by Wednesday night for Supras in Vegas. I agree that Denver to SLC is beautiful, it’s one of my favorite day drives in the country. SLC is one of my favorite cities and I have friends there, so I usually make it a point to stop on my way out west. It’s Read more

I’ve spent time in and driven through both. Both states kinda suck until you hit actual terrain. For SD that’s the badlands, for Denver it’s the home range.

Mechanically though, it’s stout and sound. Cometic metal head gasket, arp hardware, 1 piece driveshaft from driveshaftshop, fortune auto coils, hps silicone all the hoses, OEM gaskets throughout the engine from the front main to the rear main. Energy suspension bushings, new ball joints, tie rods, steering rack, wheel Read more

It’s paid for, and not going anywhere outside of where I drive it. Paint ranges from decent to poor depending on what part of the car you’re looking at, so i’m less concerned with the overall cosmetic appearance, which is a blessing in its own way since I don’t have to care if there’s a new scratch or ding.
