Indeed. I'm, in no way, above putting the shovel down.

The difference is that I wasn't primarily calling you out for being illiterate.

THIS!

....you stopped reading half way through the article didn't you?

Legalese is a language of it's own. That's the truth in any country.

The law should be justice devoid of passion. Passion corrupts. If this is the reason the judge gave a man 1.5 YEARS in prison for a slip of the finger then he is a sorry excuse for justice.

If that deserves the DDA badge, what does the inept revolting judge that gave him 1.5 years in prison for a mistake earn?

You're studying UK law?

Damnit, man! That should not be funny!!!! That is horrible!!!!.......*snicker*

Problem is that sex for a guy is often not that personal. :-\

You know this happened in the UK right?

Well done, Sam. You know you're going to get bombarded by people who make tech purchases a "sport" no matter what you say. To me, you come off as genuine. I saw no bias. I saw some conveying the closest to reality something so subjective can be.

Boy-howdy is officially my new favorite word today.

I want to say yes.... I can think of SOOO many advantages....

wow....finally a Facebook feature I may actually use.

I know people are getting kinda sick of Giz talking about Maps (ironic considering the page views and comments on this story vs. any other today).

In their defense, the scope of this article is wider than the Maps app itself. It's about Apple's current philosophy as a whole. They used to be known for not releasing "Beta"/incomplete products that just work. Lately this as not been the case and the author is giving examples.....one of which happens to be Maps.

As an apple shill, I can see why choice is so abhorrent to you.

The maps are a step back. yes. But it's not a fall back on your ass.

So....many....words......
