Honestly, it looks like the perfect movie.

"Cooperative?" I guess. But 5mg of midazolam will make anybody "cooperate" with just about anything.

That is just insane. All for one guy too. And that self-portrait. For one second, before I read it was a self-portrait, I totally thought it was a still from Full Metal Jacket of Joker.

I actually got to see this at the Sony Metreon building in San Fran during Final Fantasy Fan Day before the release. Hironobu Sakaguchi actually showed up and watched the film everyone who won tickets that night.

Plagued by a horrible marketing campaign in one of the most crowded summer movie seasons ever, Big Trouble was too ahead of its time and far too awesome for audiences in 1986. I still love it though...

I saw the title of the article on Twitter and I thought "I know a movie that suits this description to a T," and then I see the main graphic is from John Carter, which is the exact movie I was going to name.

Still love this movie every time I see it.

Modern classic, viewed by no one at the time.

I can see that. If you look past the superficial stuff, and think about Luke as the hero, something becomes clear.

Luke (the surly teenager) in Empire Strikes Back rushes off to fight. He almost gets himself killed, and (as his teacher points out to him later) had to be rescued by the people he went to save. His best
