The rear 1/4 of the vehicle just looks all wrong to me proportionally... like they slapped on the back of a cargo van. Is it just me?

Ha! Came here to post this. Have started many bikes using this method.

*Colorado highfive* Sweet! Good luck finding your way back!

As someone who grew up in Glenwood Springs I have to commend them for their incredible restraint and doing ONLY 100MPH through Glenwood Canyon.

That looks like The Wall on Poughkeepsie Gulch. To be fair that is a much gnarlier obstacle than that video makes it appear to be. With that said my FJ Cruiser walked up it in stock trim.

I like the .gif summary review, I am in the market for a new carry on after using the same carry on for nearly two decades. I may have to try this out the features seem perfectly in line with my luggage desires!

I liked the rooftop tent that came out of no where.

I don’t get it either to be honest. I’ve owned a variety of them and rode a few more but years of riding have taught me that for me Adventure means picking the path very few people take, which means single track, two track, jeep trails and windy back roads. Frankly my plated dirtbikes with some taller gearing, big

Absolutely agree. Had an LR3 for a while but it was unfortunately constantly in the shop and after stranding me in the middle of nowhere once too many times it had to go but I still miss that seating position and the greenhouse. Driving it felt so damn cool!

I’m right there with you. Personally I’d rather deal with a getting blown around a bit and some extra vibration riding a small bike on the road vs. exhausting myself riding the big bikes in the rough stuff as my trips always include both. Once you’re exhausted situations like the one your friend found himself in

About double the 450's weight.

Unless you are an exceptional rider and your friends are not you’re going to be have a real hard time keeping your friends on CRF450's in sight on a bike that weighs twice as much. When you say woods I’m thinking technical single track though. If you’re talking bombing down dirt roads then sure.

Yes. Me too. Serious Want.

I can tell you from first hand experience with both, the TRD Pro is in a different universe of off-road capability.

They are stupid easy to ride. Much easier than a dirtbike or a snowmobile. I’ve been riding a Timbersled ST on a KTM EXC500 this winter and I was comfortable on it in about 30 seconds and carving shoulder deep in about 60 seconds. They certainly don’t have the raw power of a modern sled (Even on a KTM500 which will do

Hey! I know this spot.

I am actually really digging the interior. I think that’s the first time I have ever said that about a Cadillac, perhaps any GM product.

Lots of great replies, one thing I am VERY surprised you guys don’t carry in your kits is some JB Weld Quicksteel. I have fixed more than a couple crank and transmission case cracks and punctures on the trail. Without it we would have been abandoning bikes and planning a recovery mission. I also carry a bit of extra

Now playing

This video doesn’t show the tire in action, but my friends reaction to riding in my FJ with taller tires running lower tire pressure (Goodyear Duratrac 315/75R16 at 16psi vs. Goodyear Duratrac 265/75R16 tires at 45psi). Bear in mind he has the same vehicle with the same setup, the only difference being the tires. We

For everyday use, sure. But for off road use, no. We had to pull the tracks off my parents snow-cat to repair some damage from last winter. We initially tried to tow the cat back onto the tracks with a 3/4 ton GMC Sierra Quad Cab with the Eaton G80. The Cat didn’t budge. Didn’t even move an inch. I strapped it up to
