I have two plated CRFs, a dualsported 250X and a sumo’d 450X. I agree 100% on riding inappropriate machinery. So much fun riding around town on those bikes... except for the heat. Neither of them love sitting in traffic for extended periods of time.

That is a great light, I just installed one on my dual sported CRF250X. I was running the Trail Tech X2 for a while and that thing is absolute utter garbage. The 8” race light is badass and looks cool!

Excellent choice! I am a huge fan of minimalist dual sport machines myself. I have owned and still own some beasts but the bike I won’t part with and put the most miles on is my dual-sported 08 Honda CRF250X.

I would replace the Currie tire deflator with a set of Staun tire deflators. Pre-set the PSI you want and you can walk away while you air down all 4 at once. Airing down one tire at a time can take an eternity with TPMS equipped wheels, the air trickles out even when you pull the valve stem.
