I agree, to a certain point. Why future-cripple the product now just because there isn't anything taking advantage of more memory/processor? With a dual core and 1Gb of ram, it would be ready for the possible (low probable) app explosion on the WP7 marketplace.

I really wanted a WP7, and I really wanted Nokia to come out with that nice prototype shown off earlier in the year. Not knowing how things would pan out, I upgraded my iPhone 3g to the 4S.
