I do not think you understand what a genre is. A genre is a collection of tropes and themes that have historically coagulated into a framework in which a story can occur. A genre's name is incidental and historical, not defining.

I do not think the developers will see much, if any, of this money. I respectfully invite you to check my reply to vordhosbn to see my reasoning on the matter.
They did not mention developers at all. The publisher is the one getting the percentage. It will be up to the publishers if the developers see one red cent of this.
