I wish. Then maybe I wouldn't be stuck filing papers for people who don't want to walk the 10 feet to do it themselves.

We need to start pools on how long it takes to get from "Really Annoying/Pretentious/Racist/Misogynist/Homophobic/Whatever Statement" to "I Was Taken Out of Context". I think we could all make some good moolah with that.

That's what I loved about the show when I was a wee 14 year old. Once G4 took over and ran everything into the ground I only watched occasionally since everything just felt totally off. Then when DirecTV just ditched the channel all together I barely cared... which was actually kinda sad.

Clinging, fearing, and dwelling are the three I struggle with. I'd say criticizing as well but it's usually directed at myself. Still have not found a way to fix 'em but at least I'm not the only one dealin' with 'em apparently.

I know for a fact my credit union has some deal with a local Toyota dealership since they constantly send me mailers for sales at that dealership. Though since I'm not looking to get a Toyota I was thinking of just financing through the CU and getting some prices on CarWoo. Has anyone had any experience with CarWoo?

Sure, let me just scrounge around in my couch cushions for the extra 10 grand I need... I think I dropped one of Scrooge McDuck's money bags in there one afternoon.

As someone else said, start with Catan and move from there. Sentinels of the Multiverse is also a really good way to start in on the card/board games too. It's not too expensive and easy enough to learn in an afternoon. Same for Munchkin. From there you can move up to games like this or more complex stuff like

I got stuck at one point near the end because I needed a rarer card to open a door. I just did a ton of grinding until I got it and then, boom. I finished the game. Everyone else I know just quit! But then again I love card-based games so... that was probably it.

I think Days was okay at best, mostly due to multiplayer. CoM I actually enjoyed and I'm the only person I know in my group of friends who finished it.

Yeah, the weeaboo "Leave it alone" argument doesn't work in a series that relies on puns. The name changes are all really charming and keep the tone of the games while making it accessible to Western audiences. A bunch of Romanized names to people who don't know Japanese pretty much means nothing.

I thought this would be more about getting money than spending it. Spending money ruins my mood but worry about where and how to obtain it ruins it far more.

It does feel a bit like we've grown out of the pirating stage. I'm buying a lot more music these days anyway. But there are still some things that are just impossible to still get legally. Mostly things like anime and music from Asia. Though that too is getting somewhat easier as Western companies subtitle recent

Now I have to update my cosplay... Or just say I'm AA4 Apollo so I can be lazy. Hm.

The situation described is exactly what happened to me. I had a horrible contract job and called my recruiter to tell him I wanted out but would stay on through the end of that month (about 2 weeks) since there were things I wanted to finish up. Instead of telling me that the demon of a manager just axed whoever

Exactly. I've been looking for a new job and apparently you need 2 years of experience to do my job (comparing listings for jobs like mine to what I have now). The job in which you can learn pretty much everything in one day because it's a friggin entry level job. Others asking for 5 years and then list the pay

Essentially. Right now it's kind of tough too since they know they have their pick of the unemployed. :/

Good point. Wish I had thought of that for the interview for my current job.

Turnover rate is a huge one. Then ask why it's so high if it is or why the position is open. That should give you some good indications about the company right there.

I feel the same way. I usually buy everything I can but a lot of stuff (anime, Japanese music, games, etc.) is either never brought over or is incredibly expensive to import.

My boyfriend loooves Wild Arms 3. I got it for him for Christmas a couple years ago.
