One of the interesting problems that pipe organs have always had a problem with is consistent pressure across all pipes regardless of draw. A balloon is a relatively elegant solution providing power, regulation, and consistency of power. It’s also a fairly quiet solution.

I get what you are saying, but what exactly makes a camera, or any tool, serious? Cost? Quality of image? Use? Does it has to be the peak of technology at the time it was released? Perhaps a serious camera can be used to earn a living. Is it training? Is it intent?

Fantastic writing from J. Michael Straczynski (also wrote for Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, 80's Twilight Zone, and others).

“There is no more irony left. Liberals won’t let us get it from under the ground and smelt it. We used to have steel mills running 24/7, and because companies can choose to do business where and when they want. So, they left the God blessed U!S! of A!

It also works with mason jars if one has the adapters. Note if you use it on the smaller diameter jars, it works best if one inverts a lid and places it on top of properly oriented lid. Long and short, the small jar adapter is worth it, but it was hit or miss at to it working until I figured this out. Part of the

The years gained don’t extend the length of time that we are young or middle aged, but are added to the years in which we are elderly. The years gained don’t improve the quality life, rather they increase the quantity.

If you look at the legal disclaimers on the website, the “Medical, Nutrition & Fitness Information” section is literally ALL IN CAPS just like the bests of online arguments. The page looks to have been type set by somebody that just discovered the formatting toolbar, or perhaps by a cat as it spitefully walked across

I talk to a federal attorney as a kid at one of those, “teens run a mock parallel government for a week”. His take was that the pardons and commutations were political, but often they were tools for ending legal thorns that nobody in power wants to deal with. He also explained the difference between letter of the

The years gained are never at the right end of one’s life.

You have reminded me of things I forgot.

I’m betting it will be a full house.

Nil desperandum. Don’t give up.

Unless you want to have a bag that doesn’t look like it’s carrying an expensive camera or has features that most camera bags don’t have.

Thank you.

Absolutely agree as to the ability for his voice to give one the chills. If you can find it, he gave a talk with Charles Gottlieb of Jaws fame about story, and both standard and non traditional structure. He sounded like he did in conversation, warm and friendly.

I’d like to know more about this side of him. Do you have some links?

Bill Blatty was a fantastic person. He donated his time for a while reading audio books for people that have difficulty reading the printed word. He was fairly reserved, quiet, and kind, but also a blast to talk to. If you think the Exorcist was creepy, he made it all the more so reading it outloud. He made the

Polaroid could resurrect itself, but my opinion is it has been doing an awesome job over the years being penny wise and pound foolish when it comes to their products.

Perhaps an underpaid disgruntled manufacturing employee with a bag of useless foreign currency is having some fun.

Some years ago, I was on a trip to South East Asia and a translator/guide we got in Cambodia, while on a rainforest walk, pointed up at what looked like a bit of foliage. “Don’t touch this. If it bites you, I won’t get tipped.” There, hanging above my head, was a beautiful long green snake, that I would later learn
