Property is often more important to men than their own lives are.

No, I don't understand why that's messed up, I guess. I'll take your word for it that it is. I apologize.

I claim sovereignty over a roughly ten-foot radius, mobile, centered on me.

I'm not saying that the women aren't objectified and devalued as human beings, or that it isn't misogynistic. It strikes me as very misogynistic to treat women like hit points — protect your own, try to take away the other guy's. There have certainly been a lot of cultures that treated women (and other human beings

Sometimes. Sometimes, not.

I don't get it. I could go on for pages and pages, but I'd just be spinning wheels with no traction.

Valid question, good answer.

I don't think this guy is likely to be a 'typical case male.' This is the son of the sort of guy who just declares himself to be the boss of a village, regardless of how the villagers feel about it. That's the essence of douche, right there.

I think you're right that the women are dehumanized. They're not being treated like people, but rather like objects to be either treasured or targeted.

I've been standing at work for the past six months. The first week was a literal pain, and to be honest my feet still hurt at the end of the day, but I feel healthier overall and I think it has something to do with all the muscles showing up in my abdomen.

I'm not sure I understand what this guy is saying in his tweets. In the first one he's implying that she's only claiming rape because the video went public? In the second one he's asking for bail money? And in the third one ... are his words in the right order? "That hoe forced, snitched, and still ..."

There's something wrong, here. Can't quite put my finger on it. But I don't think that the feels I'm feeling are the feels the artist intends me to feel.

Don't they all.

The captors left to attack a military base?

I hope you're right. Go, bureaucracy!

What keeps the fishing industrialists in Alaska from just bribing the pants off the FDA, though? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but it seems like the federal government has openly declared that money talks.
