The kind of people who are going to determine whether or not they will enjoy this game based on the contents of this comparison video are exactly the sort of people I don’t want to talk to.

Dayum, Peter Moore slithered all over that interview like that coolest fucking customer to ever be interrogated by an animated ego from the stars.

Holy shit, Sterling’s #FucKonami has really made the worldly rounds!

Oh, hey. I know RagingPuck.

I feel that Nostalgia’s a crutch too often leaned on by the game industry these days, what with reboots and constant sequels. The beginning of a “brand new trilogy” of Halo games being just labeled “4" like it’s just “the 4th one” is a good example.

I figure if you’re about getting a stronger female presence in this series, but you didn’t like XIII-2 or Lightning Returns (I don’t actually expect anyone to enjoy XIII), it might be time to find a new series and don’t look back.

Huh, so I... er...

Could be that a lot of people understand the hit taken by graphics, processing, and replayability isn’t worth playing “Hit by a Car” multiple times.

Witcher3 has a pretty large amount of content, and most individual quests only really engage you for half-hour bites of involvement. Infamous: Second Son has similar time requirements, and the stories are pretty easy to pick back up after taking a break for a while. Neither really needs you to have played precious

Holy damn, I thought they were gone a long time ago. I must’ve really lapsed.

Final Fantasy XI.

I haven’t played the game in a while just because updating it frequently wrecked the shirty data cap I’m stuck with on my current ISP’s only available service in my area.

Heh. Yeah, it sure does mean that, definitely.

XBCX, as I will haphazardly call it hereafter, was a surprise I wasn’t prepared for. I got my Wii-U and expected to enjoy Smash Bros and a couple hi-def re-releases of older games. The touchpad is novel and fun depending on implementation, but XBCX was the first game on a Nintendo console to feel like it took a genre

Incredible

A game developer/publisher’s main output is games, not service shipping. An ISP’s main output is providing internet service. If I got a great deal with my ISP and then moved out of state before they installed their service at my previous residence, they’re not obligated to see to my needs once I’ve fucked off to

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve said or typed this, but truly XIII-2 felt like a really good apology for XIII, and Lightning Returns is... well I traded in my 360 copy to buy it on Steam and I’m playing through it for the fourth time overall, but the first time on PC. It’s exactly as good as I remember.
