That's great. Banning was definitely abused in the past. That being said, I'm not sure all the comments that resulted in banning or removal were "bad". Many were simply critical of an article or editor. In my opinion, those comments are valid and should not have resulted in banning or removal.

@SuperTongueIII: I completely agree. I ordered my original Zune HD right away. I was interested in developing for it. I wrote a few sample apps to try out the accelerometer and touch interface...but they never fully opened it up for 3D or network development....and the next iteration of XNA didn't support the Zune

Hmmm.... Well, I won't agree to those terms, so I guess I'll just have to steal any software that includes such a license.
