I'm really disappointed that the companies have stopped trying to make the consoles backward compatible.

Initially, I was like, "Hmm, I am leaning towards the less expensive, less in your face PS4...but I have all these Xbox games maybe I'll need to stick with the Xbox console."

Then I found out neither are backwards

Um, excuse me, but have you met children? They don't have souls.

We live in a world that only exists in its present state because of science. The food we eat, the phones/computers/laptops/tv's we use, our general life span.

Science is evident in everything we touch.

Concerning religion, if Eratosthenes didn't need religion to pretty much figure out the circumference of the earth,

Partially...I mean, the neighborhood in Dallas I'm from, Richardson, still went blue. And nearly every major city county went blue.

I just don't like the perception that Texas is all "conservative". When in actual polls, it splits closer to 50/50 between Democrat & Republican. I did political polling at Texas Tech

All the "hipsters" I grew up with went to Austin.

Also, there are very very few basements or tunnels in Texas. It's too difficult with the soil and rocks, and the waterlines can be high. And it's too expensive. Building "under" will not happen.

This gets into another subject, but is Dallas that conservative? The 2012 election in Dallas county:

I keep hearing this argument and I think there should be a caveat. It was designed to let people with terrible computers play the game...ALMOST 10 YEARS AGO.

And several of the new expansions, did in fact increased the demands on computers (for example, more advanced models on new races), while ignoring the majority of

Women are humans, who can be fans of characters, movies, games, comics, and cosplay...while also being critical of the depictions of women in general in the "fanboy" universes.

And these specific women, may or may not share that view, but they still don't speak for all women, nor render the general critique invalid.

As someone who's lived in NYC, I've heard this several times.

It's the same situation as if the government stopped allowing people from putting a dye in your food that clearly caused cancer. Would you be upset about the shade of your food? Would you demand that you had your bright yellow back? Or would you even notice

I kind of think that the character of Loki gets lost in this take of Loki.

Since he's supposed to be a tickster God, I figured he'd be closer to the chaotic nature if Joker. Yet, less insane, and less on "a side". Just helping or causing problems at whim. Certainly not just a emotionally wounded adopted son wanting

The height thing is one of my biggest pet peeves. "Message me if, you're funny, intelligent, a good human being, and tall." Wait, wtf, shortness became a negative character trait?

Whatever. Tall people die sooner.

Religion? :X Honor thy parents, god is watching you, the devil will get you!

Sorry, I had to.

Is seeing a behind the scenes haunted house with the lights on less interesting because it's not in your area?

Exactly, thus the pre-nup would have never been used, so there would be no harm.

Like the original poster said, saying that is like saying, "I will drive more safely if I don't wear a seat belt".

If you're seriously using your pre-nup as an excuse to get out of a marriage, then you definitely have a problem. And if

The thing for me is, that Amazon offers deep discounts on some of these things.

Amazon will have deep $1.99 ebook sales or $5.99 mp3 album sales, for things I may not have bought otherwise. Then they end up in the "Amazon cloud". So then I keep coming back. As far as I can tell, they do this a lot more frequently

I also don't think it has anything to do with millennials.

I was rather impressed (and uncomfortable), with my friend's joker:

I'm interested in knowing how fast are the things outside of the reading experience. For example, I know from other e-readers that I've used, typing is painful. Especially if you want to "write" notes or anything. Additionally, one of my favorite parts of the Kindle application, is the X-Ray feature. How is the
