On a semi-related tangent, does anyone have any recommendations for divided lunch containers? I ordered a 950ml “Japanese Easy Lock Double Bento Box” on Amazon and I was disappointed in the size. Considering buying a Bentgo but it’s only a bit larger and isn’t leakproof.
I think I’ll try it out this weekend, probably cut back on sugars and up the protein (anyone have any ideas on that?), but methodology looks promising.
In this application it still looks like it takes up a lot of space. Surely a better solution could have been designed that includes better tactile feedback.
Having essentially autocrossed the Accord back to back with the Camry (granted, slightly older models), I can tell you that the Accord is significantly more enjoyable than the Camry. It’s actually a very good chassis that you can have some fun it.
I’m disappointed I didn’t see the nomination topic. I would have recommended the Blackstone 36" griddle.
When anyone says “But I don’t want to look too bulky and muscular!” it is literally an insult to people who have defined muscle.
I’m all for drivers actually driving and against posers buying lap times...
Despite that guy being a complete toolshed, in the context of that post, there was nothing wrong with his statement that the average contact pressure would be increased with a stanced setup. It’s about as useful of a statement as “if you jump off the Empire State Building, a mattress will help to break your fall,” but…
Well that’s not really true, psi is a measurement of pressure, it is pounds per square inch, and there certainly is a such thing as “PSI of a contact patch”...
The type of tomato might be simpler (I actually only stock diced and paste, so I will have to try whole from now on) but there is also the discussion on San Marzano...some people swear by them, some people can’t tell the difference, and they typically cost 3x as much or can’t be found at all in a typical grocery. Not…
My parents actually made me do, and document without falsification, all 50 hours of the parent/kid driving. I suppose this was a good thing, but man did that suck.
But have you actually owned one?
Tomorrow’s article: How to use that almost-empty peanut butter and oats jar.
Mind trick # 6.5
The mobile version of Home Depot’s website will tell you what aisle items are in.
I wonder what would happen if you combined this with a meat mallet, and jaccard/forking, and salting the meat an hour before cooking. Most tender steak ever, or pile of mush? Looks like I have an experiment to do this weekend.
“So, to see what was going on and not getting enough good data from the computer models, they actually made a tank with windows and cameras so they could just watch where everything was going, which led them to put in extra fuel pick-ups. That’s the level of testing and care taken here — this is not just a CTS with a…
Not everyone has city water. I have well water that is very hard. I use a charcoal filter on my kitchen faucet but it’s still convenient to have bottled on hand, especially for when a lot of guests are over.
There is kind of a blurred line between form and function. For many of your examples, I would call them “functions” - durability is a function, ease of access is a function. They are predicated on design, sure. I guess it is kind of semantics.
