This is one of those posts where I want to make a comment dismissing it because its socially relevant to the country in which it was made and no country should be forced to adhere to some other countries debatable social justice. But at the same time I know .. Those Jezebelites ... will tear me apart for it.

I think this is more of a culture clash than anything. I don’t think this sort of humor is frowned upon in Japan the way it is here. I do have to wonder why there’s outrage around this guy, though, and not the fey home designer in Hatano.

Seriously, Destiny charged $75 for year-two content, after $60 for the initial release. That’s insane.

whatever you think it is, its wrong, because this falls under it as per your reasoning

They are clear about spoiler alerts (Gizmodo umbrella) for movies and tv shows, why not video games?

I’m not very far yet, I kinda thought they might have the Hookshot as, like, an end-game item or a reward for beating Ganon. Something that has no value for puzzles or combat, but makes exploration a little easier/quicker. Not at all surprised that they didn’t include it, but frankly I would have rather figured that

Yup, I dont see how zelda got 9.5s or higher across the board for how horrible the framerate is even on the switch. Love the game but man, nintendo had the potential to be up to par with current gen; a solid 30 fps isnt asking much.

And with that, my biggest concern about the game is gone!

still scratching my head at how people can identify as a different gender but can not identify as a different race.

Having spent 7 years working in a steakhouse, I can attest that there are exactly two kinds of adults who eat steak like this:

None of the white people who thought “Trump was going to rain jobs on us” and etc read TheRoot. So.

As a white dude in a white state that went for Hillary (narrowly :-\), the Chappelle skit on SNL where he watches the results with his white friends really nailed the point home to me. Until then, I had always been aware of all of these issues, but I had never really felt what it was like to look around in a crowd and

Seriously though, screw the guy who decided to put a precision platforming dungeon into a game with such mushy, imprecise controls.

That’s what a master bedroom in San Francisco or New York looks like

Fold, don’t wad. You can get away with two squares this way with halfway decent TP.

I’m all for wild, secret-filled hub worlds like Banjo Kazooie’s, but that those turn out to be levels unto themselves. The walkable Yoshi menus aren’t that. They’re glorified options and level-select interfaces and waste precious seconds. Oh, those precious seconds! Seriously, I didn’t think I’d care, but then I

I don’t know, I actually tend to like menus/overworlds like the Wii U one more because it gives me a better sense of progressing by opening new areas instead of just seeing new options added to a menu. For example, I liked wandering around the observatory in Super Mario Galaxy 1 much more than the menus of Galaxy 2.

Guy who cost his company $500 million doesn’t agree with witness who testified against him. Surprising.
