I haven’t played PUBG much since the first couple months of release but the last 2 I did play, I decided to try passive mode. AKA: Don’t pick up anything, just run to where the center of the circle is and hide.

Likely true, unsurprising, and of course completely sad.

I can turn the knob on my headphones and turn volume down. Are you saying that’s cheating too?

The funniest part of all of this, to me, is that the solution is very, very, very, very simple!

Disappointingly absent? The really bad dancing from the game. :(

My only misgiving with the changes they’re trying to push is that it’s possible they’re accidentally homogenizing the playstyle of Overwatch. Making all the characters play similarly (shoot, reload, time your specials) can ruin what makes the characters feel unique (wait for perfect time to ult or keep your shield

*chef kisses fingers* is a good meme.

Thanks to the movies, I kinda feel like Ron Perlman is the only person who can voice Hellboy... soo.... is he gonna be voicing the Injustice 2 version or no?

Sounds to me like the best way to fix this would be by forcing the humans to stay in one place, pre-occupied, so that the props have a chance to sneak up on them or hang out in specific spots that give them an advantage to get the proper drop on the opponent. Just make human players have to defuse 3 bombs or something

I actually loved Evolve at release and loved it again when they relaunched it for free. I got my fun out of that game, it just didn’t have a hook that could last longer than a month.

Brink was one of the few times a Kotaku article written about a game before it was released convinced me to pay full price for a game upon release. I literally bought into the hype.

Any time anyone complains about anything related to a fandom, I always have to point out exactly this. All fandoms are good and bad but what you see more of is the bad fandom because by being louder, more annoying, and actually wanting the attention, it is the side that gets more attention.

My only issue with this event is that it is not lining up well with my schedule of what to play. I have quite a few other things in the docket and my usual “I would LOVE to play more Division!” is an unavailable exclamation in this sea of too many games I am swimming in.

It may or may not have been more scary because I grew up being afraid of aliens. A lot of the stuff on TV at the time was very “aliens are real, you’re going to be abducted” oriented.

I’m fairly certain Kotaku reported Sean Murray saying he would explicitly keep this maneuver in the game.

It’s worth mentioning that Glory to Rome is, like most amazing card/board games, available on the Tabletop Simulator workshop!

Wild guess: Your friend fucking loves Factorio?

This makes me happy. Still waiting for the Steam release so hopefully the second mindblow stays a secret until then.

Earthbound. The fucking aliens, spooky music, and the final boss... nightmarish. Kept me awake on more than one night. Whenever I see a jump scare game it just reminds me how nobody really understands how to make a scary game anymore.

This slayed me.
