I started playing Diablo 3 again a week ago. I have to say the new patches have made loot drops a little better and enemies are not insanely hard. But it's not as fun as it was when my friends were still playing it. Randomly joining games is no fun. It's way better with some good friends and skype.

The cost of making games have gone up 100 fold. Game budgets for blockbuster games are in the tens of millions now. That's why they are still in the $50 - $60 range.
