I knew someone was going to come along and one-up me.

A hipster would claim that Legend of Zelda II: Link's Adventure is their favorite, because it is the absolute least well known and least played. It might also be someone's favorite LoZ game (though I'd be surprised), but it'd probably be the true hipster choice.

The first thing I always look for in these spaceship-size-comparison images is the Andromeda Ascendant. It rarely makes the cut.

Your astoundingly diverse vocabulary leaves me speechless. How can anyone debate with such a master of language?

Thanks. It seems straightforward (in my mind) so I'm happy to share my views on it with others.

The reason a Time Turner cannot be used to save Harry's parents (or undo any of the other horrible things to happen before the entire stock of them was destroyed in book 5) is that time travel works in a very specific way in the Harry Potter (HP) universe.

"But Dad, why can't we live somewhere less dangerous?"
"It was good enough for your grandmoblin and his grandmoblin before him; it's good enough for you!"

Battlefront 3 was officially teased at E3. It's as official as it can get without gameplay footage.

It went over his fedora.

Demolition Man.

Thanks for explaining!

Ah, more information comes to light! I imagined that each player had gotten to choose his preferred race in the four bouts in question. I didn't realize that their were categories for each race vs. each other race.

This conversation pleases me.

You've never played a Flash game on Kongregate or Armor Games? Those are all free to play games, and there are a number of great games there. Kingdom Rush was a free game on the internet before it was a paid mobile app.

So, once the highest ranking players arrive at the Global Finals, are their points still considered? If Player A made it to the finals by the skin of his teeth and Player B thrashed everyone competitor in her region, are they considered on equal footing (if not of equal skill) as soon as the championship tournament

I don't follow StarCraft or esports, and I was asking a legitimate question about whether four "flawless victory" losses to the same person in the same tournament challenges the title "best in the world". Clearly you don't believe this is the case.

Can you still call someone "by far the best in the world" if they were beaten 4-0 in a "flawless victory"? I mean, are there different categories of StarCraft competition? Is this other guy still the reigning champ in double and mixed doubles or something?

Seriously, this.

Ok, I think we've come to a compromise/endpoint.

Badgers don't care.
