Slander isn't protected under the 1st amendment. Sorry, dude.

I am not ashamed to admit I'd watch the shit out of that show. I just love sassy 6 year olds in general. It gets worn out by the time they hit 12, but I'm not their mother, so I can encourage bad behavior...

How could I forget? It's essential!

I lived and dated for five years in DC. If you don't want to date a republican, it's very easy. They have a look that is unmistakable. Typically that will be a Tucker Carlson side part, chinos or obnoxiously bright pants, and a long sleeved collar shirt that will be unbuttoned two buttons, enough to show they're off

Yep, and had that been in this article, I would have agreed her with 100%, it changes the entire situation. The Pilot is the captain of the ship, what they say goes. The flight attendant shouldn't have had her put it away.

Yep, the pilot is the captain of that ship. The Flight Attendant was probably having a bad day and took it out on the poor girl. If the Pilot said ok, the Flight Attendant should have left it be. That is a much more mundane story, than the way it was presented here on the article.

Yes, and there is no evidence it WON'T crash the plane either. Do you really want to take that risk? The thing is, no one knows what the magical combination is that will suddenly interfere with the equipement. Is it 7 ipads, 3 iphones, 10 blackberries, and 3 androids? They don't know. But there is a significant

No, but playing the numbers a 17 year old girl who is autistic enough that she cannot communicate without her ipad, I can't imagine a situation where she wouldn't have a companion. It would be highly irresponsible. I won't get into it, because its truly awful, but people with disabilities, especially developmental

Its not outdated at all, it hasn't been studied, and frankly, there are an infinite combination of electronic devices to be tested, in air, until there is a definitive answer to this argument. Who knows, maybe the magic combination to interfere with pilot frequencies is 4 blackberries, 7 ipods, 2 iphones, and 2

Ok, but the onus needs to be on her (by proxy her traveling companion) to alert the airline ahead to time to get the reasonable accommodation and approval, not to board the plane and spring it on the flight attendant last minute, who has no clue what someone's personal situation is and a million things they need to

It's a bit more complex than that. The NHS has a list of medicine it will or will not dispense. So in some cases, the doctors CAN do more, but their hands are tired by bureaucracy, and unless you have private health insurance, you're screwed. In other cases, its a matter of prolonging your life for a few months or a

Yes I do. There are numerous types of electronics, and unless someone is going to fly a plane in the air, and test the infinite amount of combinations of electronic types and amounts that could feasibly be on a flight, I'm frankly ok with this rule.

I worked for my state's disability board, and I have escorted some of our members with developmental disabilities on planes before. I am also a very frequently flier.

If it's during take off and you ding the call button, in my experience, the attendants won't come. It's not safe for them to get up and walk around. Same goes to descent. There are a lot of rules and regulations at play here, and by the time the attendants are allowed up and to move, you're allowed to have electronics

" But I'm not like any other passenger. "

Disney did come up with a Disney hijab. She refused.

Who is, really? Kazaam lives on through all of us though.

Excuse me, I think you meant "orcs" but other than that, your list is right on. Obviously.
