They tape in Stamford, CT and tix are free. You just have to request a date via the website. There are shuttles from NYC to Stamford too. Or you can drive. The only bummer is that they're all on weekdays, but ours was a Thursday and then after we went to NYC and hung out there until Saturday morning.
