No, the seizures were separate. They were terrifying and I got quite badly hurt a few times, but I'm not epileptic or anything. My dr at the time reckoned they were psychoseizures brought on by the extreme stress I was under :/

When I used to have really terrible nightmares, sometimes they'd fuck me up for days. I feel your nightmare pain.

(Incidentally, I do have PTSD. And after 10-15 years of horrific night terrors, my doctor decided to put me on mirtazapine and now I barely ever remember my dreams at all!)
