I watched some of the rally video, and she’s fun to watch. She starts out wearing the flag as a scarf (maybe a flag scarf?). Then she dips out of sight and comes up with her red hat. Then she kind of goes away again, and is without the scarf. Later the scarf is back. Then she rolls a booger on it.
