Those are what we call “casual” gamers. Hardcore gamers are conditioned to ignore bodily needs. ;)
Great suggestions. I went with the option of MDF walls and nails to hang the tools on. My daughter helped me draw an outline around each of the tools to remember where everything goes (which helps me remember what is missing). It's worked well for me for the past decade.
They did it. $57 bucks refunded. Time to pick up that ATR2500!

I grew up watching Howdy Doody, Captain Kangaroo and later Captain Video, while my folks watched Milton Berle, Cid Caesar and Lawrence Welk. We were promised flat-screen color 3D TVs since I can remember, and now I finally have one. I…
Thank you! Yes, my husband does also appreciate me.
I'm really not understanding the whole "MAKE or BUY a wire organizer". There are tons of little items lying around everybody's houses that can be used. You don't have to pay anything and it works as good if not better.

Here's another tip: In many terminal emulators you can hit the up and down arrow keys to cycle through previously entered commands. You can hit up, move the cursor all the way to the left, and then type sudo and a space. It does the same thing.
I put on a Bill Evans record which generally works. Oxycodone works too, which I was prescribed after I had back surgery, but I wouldn't recommend it to treat anxiety for obvious reasons.
This works with journaling/writing as well if you don't have someone around when you need them. I'm an artist who needs constant inspiration and I have close to a dozen journals floating around my place. They're really invaluable.
Read: LeVar Burton had it right. Reading can help build new neural connections in your brain, and encourage greater plasticity.
Yeah, the first few times are tricky. I cheat a little with those ;) For the example of cleaning the room for instance, I would start to clean the room with my daughter or turn it into a fun game, but when almost done, I'd start to back off so she *finishes* it. And then make a big deal about it. Over a period of…
