I read through the info on it, I don't think you'll notice any difference. But, those driver packages won't allow you to install them if you don't have the hardware it's meant for, so it may not hurt anything to download and try. IMO, it's not gonna do anything for you.

No, ATI loves to use the word radeon a lot, so it gets confusing. But yours is mobility, and the HD cards it's talking about are desktop cards, like I have an HD5770. Now that's not to say the driver isn't for you, I'm just letting you know that a mobility radeon card doesn't fall into the catagory of HD cards.
