I can concede that applied to the word impact as a noun, it is indeed correct, BUT just as you said, "ful" is an adjectival suffix applied to nouns. Applying it to a verb just makes no sense whatsoever.

I just got my car back today. $350 to replace the flywheel in a 99 Cougar. I was expecting to pay more though, and he did a good job, so all in all I'm satisfied.
Crap. Quoted the wrong thing.
I own a 99 model. I wouldn't say that you "can't" work on the more technologically advanced cars, but it's certainly not as easy as in the old days. Even on new cars, I do all work myself, except for those that require dropping an engine, as I don't have a setup available to do that.
Funny this article pops up today... As a teenager, my step-father told me if I was going to own a car, I was going to know everything that can be known about a car. What followed was a grueling process of getting an old dead car, and rebuilding it from the ground up. At the time I hated it, because he offered no help…
Got yourself a great man...
Starting with this guide is step #1 to hacking into her pants. Men think of foreplay as the bit of fun stuff directly before sex. Women think of foreplay as the flirting + thoughtfulness + making her feel special + the fun stuff just before sex.
Good lord, you are a Valentines Day rock star.
I wonder the same thing. I have 2 ideas...
Don't even need Winterboard. Just google ol' SSH.
2nd time around huh? I'd work for you. You sound like a generous boss.
mid coitus...
Ahhh, but here's the rub. Take a look around at the people around you. These days, the possibility that they in fact ARE crazy is significantly higher.
What would you care if I'm talking to my phone, or talking ON my phone, or carrying on a conversation with another person, while you are next to me on the subway?
So does the outsider group also get the free pass to awesomeness? I have personally never been able to grasp why a strangers opinion should matter, even a little bit.
Actually "is" is correct, but it should be "is an idiot" since the subject is "anyone"
People using a word(impact) in the wrong way(adding -ful suffix) for 60 years doesn't make it right.
In your example, "whom" is used subjectively, as in "whom wins". To be proper, it should be something along the lines of, "Those cases were won by whom?"
Sorry, but amongst self respecting circles, "whom" is still used quite regularly. I here people drop "who" at the end of the sentence all the time, and it is probably my biggest grammatical pet peeve.
