Excellent article, it's definitely something I have strongly considered.

I know this will probably be written off as some generic "nerd-rage" post, but I honestly feel like they've sort of ruined the allure of Mewtwo with this.

Yeah, Disney has definitely got me worried...

I can't quite put my finger on it, but something seems "off" about the new 3D look. Not sure what it is, but as good as it looks, it feels like it's missing.... "something".

If you have a Wii U, fucking buy Trine 2 RIGHT NOW!!!

Exciting stuff, really. I really hold the Oculus Rift finds a solid foundation, because I could really see this evolving the way we play games, in a way that we actually *WANT* (as opposed to touch-screens and motion-based controls).

Honestly, I just can't bring myself to dislike the game, because it has some AWESOME dinosaur designs. Seriously, to this day, any time I hear the word Vertigo, my initial thought is "you mean the cobra-dinosaur?".

It's ridiculously over-the-top, but so are all of their designs. And the fact is, Vanillaware has made some of the most beautiful games ever made. I agree, Dragon's Crown's designs seem more over-the-top than is standard affair, but people seem awfully quick to go up-in-arms regarding anything that could possibly be

It's definitely extremely interesting. Although I still have some qualms with Infinite, I'm not totally sure how I feel on the visceral level of violence, either. It's definitely a stark contrast, but I actually do feel like it's *part* of this world, as opposed to the combat in Fable 3, which I felt was simply a

That's the real issue, I think; not that we have guns, but that we're kind of a violent society. There's any number of reasons that could be, but disarming us isn't likely to make people any more passive, and in doing so invites potentially other troubles.

Fantastic article, and while I disagree with some points, I'm glad to see Kotaku allows both sides of the gun-ownership arguments a voice.

It's important to remember, though, that context is hugely important. Our gun-ownership is higher than other nations, so of course gun violence will be higher; if you find out your best-friend is sleeping with your wife, you're going to use whatever you have available to deal with the situation.

I think the concern is whether that person would try to "prove a point", or "take revenge on the society that made him feel like an outsider".

Something wrong with being a Libertarian? In fact, many of our founding fathers might have been considered Libertarians, given how grossly the Republican party has been warped in more recent times.

Quite the contrary; it's important to make sure that children understand and respect just how devastating a gun can be. Movies and video-games will lead them to believe that guns are "for good guys", or "only hurt when you keep shooting them". It's important to teach the value of life to a child, and to do so, they

All I know is that I want some David Hayter, OR ELSE!!!

I couldn't agree more. At the *VERY* most, they should be regulated to minor cameo's, such as the new cast having to purchase a ship, and Han Solo being the guy they come to for one, or perhaps one of the main Jedi (or villains?) mentioning having been instructed under "Master Skywalker's" guidance.

As said, I think there will be a lot of factors at play, if he reprises the role of Luke Skywalker. For one, we've only seen him without any sort of makeup or good lighting, which make a big difference. Secondly, I'm sure Disney-LucasArts are going to make sure Mark Hamill (and the rest of the cast) are getting fit

Seriously, Hironobu Sakaguchi has my vote of approval.

What I want to know is will be PC-version be patched so that we can play using a Controller, as well? I enjoy gaming on PC and all, but I'm really most at-home using a standard controller. It'd be kinda fucked-up to bar use loyalists from enjoying the updated version of the game, particularly since it doesn't sound
