The thing is, it's not like it's "building the game with OCD in mind", it would actually be improving the game by cleaning things up and removing flaws.

Is it so much to ask that I be able to play the game, and then worry about the side-content later?
Well, first off, neither Darksiders game is a sandbox. The first had a total of 8 things to collect; Darksiders II has closer to 200. As well, the game essentially punishes me for just wanting to play the game, without looking at a guide.
Still, I think there's room for better design on Vigil's part. Like I said, I love Darksiders II, but I shouldn't have to read a guide before/white I play the game.
It's still jumping through hoops, though. There's no reason, in this day and age, we shouldn't be able to have multiple save-slots.
Indeed I do, though like you, I've been able to keep a lid on it most of the time. For some reason, though, video-games tend to really set my instincts off, and it's really bad for games that I actually *like*, such as this game. It makes it practically impossible to walk away from, but at the same time, it makes me…
Yeah, the ending was super disappointing (as was the rest of the Story). Also, I know what you mean; I simply couldn't get enough of the first Darksiders, but this one... something just isn't the same.
It wouldn't be that bad an issue... if it didn't save at random intervals, as well. I've always been careful, but after several corrupted files because of random auto-saves, it becomes a very, very real issue you have to be aware of.
I gotta say, I'm getting pretty excited about this stuff. Hawken is already looking pretty sexy, but the Oculus Rift really seems to be getting some genuine recognition. Can't wait to see a full release, and I'm curious to see what kind of demand this thing will have.
It's really the smartest thing they could do. 3DS titles just aren't coming out fast enough, and nobody in their right minds is going to buy a Game Boy game unless it's out of nostalgia (or a *SUPER* rare exception, like Pokemon or Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission).
The best thing of all, to me, is that they didn't give the main character some ridiculous, unbelievable shade of red for his hair; it actually looks totally natural.
It's really going to suck, since I managed to pre-order one of the Ultimate Loot Chest Editions on Amazon, but the Slaughter Dome also looks like a hell of a lotta fun. Hopefully, they'll release this so anybody can get it sooner rather than later.
Hmm... looks cool. Having the PC version myself, they'd have to introduce something really cool to sell me on it, but for console users, I could see this being a must-have, especially if you're just starting out on Skyrim. A perfect time to jump in, actually.
Can we just get a "Space Jam" team, already?
Eh, definitely sounds annoying, but not much worse that most interactions at a store. It certainly does make for an awkward, unpleasant experience, though.
I just hope they have a compelling game lined up. And, even though I think Nintendo Land gets more flak than it really deserves, that's clearly not going to be a system-selling title.
It saddens me how excited I am by this game, yet I feel this looming sense of dread that, somehow, it's going to let me down.
Nice!
Man, the game *LOOKS* absolutely gorgeous! I would most definitely love to see more of that world and art-style.
I agree that Other M wasn't bad in terms of raw gameplay (though the missile mechanic was... not so good). I'll stand by the plot being absolutely detrimental to the series, though; I think Nintendo is going to have to establish it as being non-canon if they want people to take Samus seriously again.
