@zackfair: Yeah, the whole thing reeks of "We had an idea for a movie, and we're going to 'borrow' the Uncharted name for some easy extra sales".

@freedomweasel: Well, there is certainly potential for such applications, but one could easily debate just how it might affect human society, be it positively or negatively.

As someone who suffers from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (albeit, a mild case of it), these retailer-exclusive items, particularly the in-game items, are actually driving me further and further away from video games in general.

I still think Microsoft desparately needs to incorporate a "Indie Add-ons" section for Marketplace.

@laser beams: The game definitely gets more slack than I think it deserves. I think the biggest mistake they made, really, was the whole "nuclear fallout" mess; they should've just made every area a self-contained island, or just fewer, but free-roaming levels.
