@MirrorForTheSun: Well, the problem isn't that people get physically addicted to marijuana, but that they're so easily addicted on a psychological level. Of course, much the same argument could be made of, say, Eggnog; that shit is delicious, son!
@TheRevanchist2: Preach on, brotha, preach on!
I have to say, as much as I love the possibilities of full-motion gameplay, I think they really need to re-assess the needs of such a system, versus pretty graphics.
Kratos knows what the ladies like, amirite?
Well, definitely extremely impressive to watch.
Hey Squeenix, guess what?
'Bout goddam time Laguna got some love!!!
Hmm, sounds like a great crossover. It allows Kratos to earn a little more "street cred", after appearance as a very toned-down character in Soul Calibur PSP, and gives the new Mortal Kombat a little extra spotlight.
Well, in terms of appearance, they definitely hit a home-run; still attractive, but much more natural and believable.
Such a shame Carnage don't get no love.
@cadeSILVER: True, I suppose; it's been years since I played City of Villains. But in terms of fulfilling the Super Hero/Villain fantasy, they did an impeccable job with character customization — especially given how old the game is.
@earle117: Ever since Modern Warfare 1, they've been trying to sell the series as the King of multiplayer FPS's. I mean, the single-player campaigns are immensely satisfying — I'm not knocking that. But like I mentioned, forcing new players to unlock content in the multiplayer rounds just really undermines the entire…
I'll be honest, I can't imagine anyone doing the "Super Heroes vs. Super Villains" better the the City of Heroes/Villains folks.
@My Little Metroid: Well, I think there's a "sweet spot" between the two. Look at the original Halo; it wasn't innovative in the sense that it brought a ton of new weapons, but it totally changed the way (console) gamers actually *played* the FPS. Goldeneye introduced the genre to many, but Halo refined it to a point…
@slumz: I actually *would* kill you if it lead to me getting a copy of Mirror's Edge 2.
Fuck Call of Duty.
@WarZidane: I should think so, though I would be surprised if they did so within the next few months; they probably still want to get the original chest and WotLK boxes off of the shelves first, which is why I'm predicting a price drop.
@RenegadeWolf: Yikes, really? I think Blizzard really shot themselves in the foot on that one, then.
@The Anti-Fanboy: Well, the other concern is how well such games play on lower-spec systems, which WoW definitely holds a pretty tight system.
