Honestly can anyone really be surprised after the temper tantrum Sony threw at the ActiBlizz acquisition?  MS would’ve played ball and had COD on PS, a larger playerbase for a multiplayer-centric franchise like that is an easy decision.  They might’ve negotiated for TES and maybe even Starfield if it weren’t for all

There’s nothing wrong with me not being particularly fond of Halo Infinite’s multiplayer, I don’t generally play games competitively online unless they’re fighting games so I have a particular set of things I’m looking for from Halo. I want interesting and creative maps to play on, the ability to play non-standard

They should just make the Grappleshot the default equipment at spawn.  It’d make the game feel so much more fluid and dynamic.

Man. I’m having a really hard time getting into Witcher 3, but yeah you’re totally right.

I have spent the last couple of months going through my backlog. In that time I’ve managed to finish:

I’m Canadian, I work in a youth centre in a program mostly staffed by proud black folks, and when I went into work yesterday we hooted and hollered and I did a little jig.

Games can be successful without being peoples’ cup of tea. I like shooters, I’ve been playing Halo since it launched, I’ve played a lot of Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops as well as a bunch of other shooters.

I bought a bunch of games on PS3 and I held out hope that I’d be able to play them on something that isn’t notorious for expensive controllers that break easily.

Two of the biggest games to come out recently, Persona 5 Royal and FF7 Remake, are about speaking out against oppression and fighting back the oppressors.

A lot of games are political already, you just don’t realize to what extent.  Besides, I just feel slightly inconvenienced from all the delays and whatnot coming

To be competitive in Smash you need a laundry list of things to even begin competing. Training regimens, a playgroup to practice matchups, studying matchups, looking up combo routes or optimal punishes, etc. You can’t just “grind it out” to get good. When pros say they grind it out, they usually mean all of the above.

Persona 5 Rumble, anyone?

Currently at a record of ~43-45 wins and 7 losses in ranked, my main teams look like this:

Adult Gohan - Quick and has responses to most strategies and attacks, main focus is to pull off a Lvl 1 before he takes too much damage
Krillin - Primarily there to heal Gohan, but more often than not I’ve had him take down a

Actually, there were numerous complaints in the Japanese audience about how FMA was “asianwashed”.

Totally going to support this as this is exactly the kind of thing that should be normalized in anime.

A lot of this is similar to how I run D&D for children I work with. I usually pick a theme, set up a little overarching plot, then just wing it. I had to learn the hard way that the less planning I put into it, the worse things would get derailed.

First campaign I started at my current job, I based the plot more or

The day I get banned for sticking with a character in a game is the day I harshly demand a refund.

As someone who has a history both with personal childhood sexual trauma and objectification, and as someone who works with numerous youth that have history and backgrounds with that, it’s a bit much to see a work that seems to be almost glorifying the sexualization of either minors or people who are portrayed as such.

lolwut? I don’t think anybody can make Trump look like a saint, whether you’re a liberal or otherwise. The man is, at best, a lazy opportunist. At worst he has the makings of a dictator.

After having played the other two Dissidia games to death (900+ hours total), this game was a severe disappointment.

Which would be an understandable argument, sure, but as someone who is trilingual and listens to music in multiple languages, there’s a clear marker of “talent” in the way the musicians make the words and vocals flow with the rest of the music. For spanish, for example, I’d point you towards Calle 13. I don’t
